What this is
The Rickhouse is a private, invite-only app for logging and sharing a personal bourbon collection and tasting notes among a small circle. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must be of legal drinking age
You must be at least 21 (or the legal drinking age where you live) to use The Rickhouse. The app is for responsible, personal record-keeping — it does not sell alcohol and is not affiliated with any producer.
Your account
Keep your login secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under it. Join only with a valid invite. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your content
You own the content you add (pours, notes, photos). By posting it, you allow the app to store and display it to other members as part of its normal social features. Don't upload anything illegal, abusive, or that isn't yours to share.
Acceptable use
Be decent. No harassment, spam, scraping, attempts to break or abuse the service, or use that violates the law. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
No warranty
The Rickhouse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It's a hobby project for a private group; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent allowed by law we aren't liable for losses arising from its use. Reference prices shown are informational only.
